12
If I continue as the teacher-in-charge at the same school in 2027, do I need a new ContestHub account?
▾
If your school participated in the Language Explorer Competition in 2026 and you are still teaching at the same school, you do not need to create a new ContestHub account. You can use your existing account to register for the upcoming competition by logging in with the same username and password. Please update your account profile.
13
If I transfer to another school, do I need to create a new ContestHub account?
▾
Yes. A ContestHub account is tied to the school it registers for, so a teacher moving to a different school needs an account for the new school. If your previous school is continuing to enter the competition, please tell us so the teacher-in-charge for that school can be reassigned.
14
How many teachers can be assigned as Teacher-In-Charge (TIC)?
▾
For the Language Explorer Competition, our system allows up to three teachers-in-charge to be assigned. If a school has more than three teachers, please contact our support team for assistance.
15
Our school is new to the Language Explorer Competition and we want to join. What do we do next?
▾
Each school must appoint at least one Teacher-In-Charge (TIC), responsible for handling registration, payment and overseeing the competition day. The designated teacher needs a ContestHub account so our secretariat knows you are the TIC representing your school. To be officially recognised as the TIC, please contact our customer support team using the numbers in the FAQ below.
